NBTS offers Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master of Arts (M.A.), and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees, as well as non-degree Certificate in Theological Studies programs. We provide quality programs at a time and place that is convenient for you: daytime, evening, weekend and online courses are available throughout the year.
At NBTS, we believe in learning ministry by doing it. Under the guidance of a trained pastor/supervisor, students enrolled in the M.Div. program may work with a congregation, social service agency or overseas mission.
Reflection groups help students think theologically about their pastoral identity and ministry experiences in church and society. We strongly believe that, in addition to excellent classroom preparation, being fit for ministry also entails how one integrates newly found knowledge into servant leadership.
Our approach to theological education leaves Seminary graduates well prepared to translate their calling and gifts into faithful Christian ministry within a diverse world.
