    ORGANIZATIONS
The Student Society is the main organization for students on campus. Every Seminary student is a member of the Student Society. The Society holds regular forums in order to hear from students and to provide opportunities for members of the faculty and administration to share information and respond to concerns. The Society encourages students to participate in the Seminary's life by recruiting students to serve on Standing Committees of the faculty, and by delegating student representatives to faculty meetings. The Society also sponsors a number of community events--potlucks, picnics, special dinners, worship services, and lectures. Recently, the Society developed and implemented “The Mentor Project” whereby new students are provided with mentors from the student body who assist them in finding their way as they begin seminary studies.

The Association of Black Seminarians, New Brunswick Chapter, is an organization intended for the support and nurture of students of African descent at the Seminary. The Association has established an emergency scholarship fund for AOBS members in crisis. Members of the Association sponsor Women in Ministry Seminars, celebrations during Black History Month and in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.; participate in national meetings of the Association; and, represent the particular concerns of African-American students to the faculty and administration

The Korean Students Association is an organization for Korean and Korean-American students who regularly gather for prayer and special celebrations. This body represents the particular concerns of Korean and Korean-American students to the faculty and administration.

Denominational groups are formed on the initiative of students from particular denominations who seek to support one another in their studies and the ordination processes in which they are involved.
