Today’s desire for the community of people with ID/DD’s is to have meaningful life experiences in the broader community.

The assessment will take just a short time and the questions are answered by checking a matrix range of agree; somewhat agree; neither agree or disagree; somewhat disagree and disagree.   If you feel you need provide additional information, you will have a limited space after each question to write in a comment.

This will provide an important foundation for the discussion on December 2nd! Thanks!!!
